Welcome to syprinting.com.my. This Web site is provided by S&Y Printing Sdn Bhd as a service
to our customers. Please review the following rules that govern your use of the syprinting.
com.my site. We in mentioned below will be referring to S&Y Printing Sdn Bhd.
Please note that your use of the syprinting.com.my site (the "Site") constitutes your unconditional
agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Although you may
"bookmark" a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of
this Site still binds you to these Terms and Conditions. S&Y reserves the right to update or
modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and we encourage
you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Site.
Terms and Conditions of Order
We do not allow cancellations, refunds, or exchanges of products once payment has been
accepted. Customers must double-check their orders before placing them, as artwork
cannot be changed after the order is placed, and the order is already arranged to be printed.
S&Y Printing will not entertain any cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a customer's
change of mind.
We will only accept cancellation requests if
- File doesn't met requirement/artwork problem and you cannot resend the printable artwork
and you request to cancel
- After you place the order but the order hasn't been processed yet
For all cancelled orders, the money can only be returned to the website funds can be used
for the next order, and cannot be refunded to the bank account.
-The order item has gone out of stock.
We will only accept return requests if
- We delivered the wrong products to the customer due to our mistakes, you may return to
exchange or we will assist to provide solution, refund is non permitted.
Notes: Please take note that we are not responsible for any damage caused during delivery
as we will make sure the package is wrapped nicely and securely to avoid any damages.
We will NOT accept return requests if
- Printing outcome not perfect, got lines, colour drops, dirt, stained with ink, etc
- Finishing outcome is not perfect, most of the finishing is cut and glued by hand, like joining,
and cutting all will not be perfect, so cannot be 100% perfect.
Terms and Conditions of Artwork
We do not offer any design services. The customer is responsible for providing ready-to-print artwork.
- For most products, we accept JPEG/TIFF files in actual size with CMYK color mode. For products requiring die-cut or white ink, we only accept Ai CS 6 files. Please ensure that your die-cut line is in a separate layer. Additionally, please ensure that your Ai file is complete and that all fonts are outlined and images are embedded. Any overprint settings need to be unticked. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to images or artwork. If we receive your files in incorrect format, your order will be canceled, and you will need to reorder with the correct files.
- we do not provide proof-checking services for artwork. Before placing your order, please double-check the artwork and ensure that it meets our requirements and guidelines. Make sure the file is in the actual size or proportionate to the order size. We will not check the file for any problems, such as blurriness, missing fonts, or incorrect size or color mode. If there is a problem with the artwork that cannot be printed, you must resend the artwork that can be printed. If you cannot resend the artwork and request to cancel the order, the money can only be returned to the website funds and cannot be refunded to your bank account.
Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material:
Any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable.
Terms and Conditions of Printed Products
- Finished goods may not be 100% accurate in actual size. Most materials will have a difference of 1 inch to
2 inches for every 10 feet due to different types of finishing and material sizes. For fabric products,
after printing, the fabric must be dried using a heater machine, which may result in variation in the size
of each print. On average, there may be a difference of 2 inches to 5 inches for every 10 feet, so we cannot
guarantee the size.
- we do not provide color guarantee or artwork color proof checking services. If you wish
to achieve the same color as your screen, we cannot ensure that it will be possible. There will
be no refunds or rejections for color differences in the finished product. If you require a color
proof, you need to order the exact material and machine that you want to order, arrange a
color chart, and place an order through our website. After you receive the desired color, you
may place a new order within seven days and adjust the same CMYK for the file follow the
sample color proof. Please note that even with a color proof sample, we cannot ensure that
the repeat order will be 100% the same color as the sample. If you require exact color matching
and are not willing to accept any variation, please do not place an order.
Terms and Conditions of Payment
All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), unless otherwise noted. If a User submits a request on the Site to purchase printing products or other services, the User agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping and processing fees will automatically be charged by User with an approved payment method. Such amounts will be posted on this Site.
For online orders, you can make payments via online bank transfer (instant transfer) to S&Y Printing Sdn Bhd. Our Public Bank account number is 319 364 9219. Please ensure that you upload the payment receipt in the designated upload column before placing your order.
Please note that for IBG or cheque payments, if the payment is not cleared and deposited into our bank account, your order will be canceled. You will need to wait for the payment to clear and then reorder with the payment slip.
Once a print job has been approved by you and "Place Order" on the Site, no refund to bank account, no changes are allowed to the artwork files. After a print job has been sent to S&Y Printing’s prepress department, you are responsible for paying the entire amount of that print job along with applicable taxes, and processing fees, unless otherwise noted.
All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed. All full payments must be cleared before we can proceed with your order.
If you overpaid or made a mistaken transaction, we will return the balance to your S&Y Printing online account. Deposits can only be used for online purchases and we do not offer cash refunds or online transfers back to your bank account. Please note that S&Y Printing will not entertain any refund requests once payment has been deposited.
For top-up promotion, there will be no cash refund or online transfer back to your bank account. Deposits can only be used for online purchases.
Delivery
In the event of that we fail to deliver to you at the delivery address provided by you and we
does not receive any feedback from you, we regret to inform you that your package will be
returned to our HQ and you will need to come and pick up your order from our HQ (Kepong). If
you need us to deliver again, delivery charges will be applied.
Proof of Delivery
Our delivery service may request for a signature from the intended recipient of the items purchased, in
circumstances where our driver fails to deliver to the intended recipient, it may deliver the order to the
reception of the recipient's address, and obtain a signature from the receptionist as a proof of delivery.

Printing Turnaround Time
Printing turnaround time begins (working day) once your order has been placed and your
print-ready files have been uploaded to your account, attached to your printing job, and
approved for printing. If you ordered a rush job, printing turnaround time begins when we
receive approval for your proof. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because
they do not conform to our file requirements, your job will be hold and your printing turnaround
time will be reset.
For printing jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, printing turnaround
begins when we have your print-ready file(s) for your print job, not from when the order is first
submitted.
Our cut-off time for normal 3 working day and urgent next working day orders is 6 pm. For same-day orders,
the cut-off time is before 5 pm sharp. For Saturday, all orders are cut off before 2.30 pm. If your job or
proof is approved before cut-off time ,printing turnaround time begins that business day. Please note that
S&Y Printing offices are closed on Sundays and major holidays.
As a result, these days are not considered when calculating printing turnaround time. In
addition, printing turnaround time does not include shipping transit time, and you should
allow additional business days for delivery.
Pick-up orders will be held for 30 days at our facility. After 30 days, we will recycle your order.
Termination of Usage
User access to all or part of this Site may be terminated or suspended at any time, without
notice and for any reason.
If you leave any comments that defame the company or leave untrue or unreasonable comments,
the company reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law. Additionally, the
company may take further actions to protect its reputation.
